My first and possibly ONLY Book Review

4 Books Read- Dec 28 thru Jan 10

I don't normally write about books I have read and one of the biggest reasons it that I have been rereading both twilight and harry potter over and over again due to my lack of book collection and also ambition to find new books. (I really should start with what my long time friend Teri from SNARKYMAMMA reads and just go from there)

So I jumped on the hunger game band wagon. And let me just say I'm happy I did. I love the way Suzanna Collins writes. She has such a way with words that I don't have to read the same sentence over and over again to understand what she is meaning and she doesn't over use words such a chagrin (long story, I may tell you about it later) Since I am terrible at making thoughts into words and even worse trying to put emotion into words I will just say I enjoyed reading these books.

This book on the other hand.. UGH I was having the hardest time getting through it. It was confusing for the first 20 chapters and then everything started coming together. When I first started it I Was so bored that I kept falling asleep. why or how i finished it i have no clue, Normally when I read I can recall small important details but this book was just hard to follow. Sorry Michael Young, You are probably a nice person and all I just didn't like your book.

And there you have it a book review from the least qualified person. Especially because in my attempt to write I have abused the English Language. Oh well.

Ah Yes, but were you Team Peeta or Team Gale is the real question ?!?! For survival I am all for Gale since he can bring you a rabbit, while Peeta can pass you a loaf ;)
Oh there are a lot of great books out there, you should hop in and check out Smart Bitches Trashy Books who has the most hilarious and fun monthly book club/trash rant on romances.

I have also recently jumped on the Hunger Games band wagon. I wasn't a fan of them at first. I didn't know they were about children forced to kill each other, but once I got over that i loved them!

I'm on the last book of the Hunger Games serious, but have had to postpone it due to the fact that I have a kid now and it's harder to find time to read. So far, though, I love it. It was so refreshing to read this author's stuff after the Twilight author. She is much better at painting an image for the reader for sure!
