Miss Tinkerbell

Miss I currently have an opinion about everything wouldn't budge from the back porch when I asked her if she wanted some picture sin her costume. Then after posing with out me taking pictures she said she was done so I had to ask her if we could take 4 pictures since that is how old she was. Yeah little turkey can count and I took a few more over 4 and she proceeded to tell me that "You get what you get and you don't throw a fit" I'm sure I had a shocked look on my face then I agreed and we went inside.

It was really nice out yesterday for trick or treating. Which I am very happy for because I had purchased tights for Bugs to wear with her costume to keep her legs warm and the have officially disappeared. I have no clue where they are. Kinda hoping they will show up soon.

a Pumpkins dreams Squashed

 For many months this little pumpkin though nothing more then to be made into a jack o' lantern one day and set out on the porch greeting children on Halloween. If he were lucky then he would actually make it through the entire weekend with out being smashed, run over and in the case of last years pumpkin shot at by the neighbor.

It was a cold night the first week of October.... well actually I really don't think it was that cold considering we have had a lot of strange weather.. I spotted the perfect pumpkin and made husband pull into a near by spot. although it had a bit of a flat spot I knew this pumpkin was the best one to carve this year. we brought it home talked about what we were going to carve and when we could do it as a family.

Poor little pumpkin he sat for weeks on the ever towering cluttered table hoping that today would be the day... sigh nope maybe tomorrow. Finally the week of Halloween was here! Halloween came and went and the poor little pumpkin still sat on the now somewhat clean 'because last took everything up to my office' table.

It's a good thing Thanksgiving is coming up because the next best thing to being a jack o lantern is being a PIE!!!

What Bug is going to be for Halloween?

 She doesn't look at the camera, it was a struggle to get the thing off her to take a photo of it.

That dang blasted glue gun was giving me problems. So it's not the straightest thing I've ever made but for a first try I think I did pretty good. I can see MANY a princess crowns in the near future and this was a really fast and easy way to do them.. not to mention CHEAP I think this entire thing cost me approx .75 Cents

I'm thinking Buttons and Sparkly things for the next one and it just might be pink too.

Hay, Corn and a Kangaroo..

..and I'm sure there were some pumpkins in there too but Bug didn't want to have anything to do with them. That is until we were trying to leave and then she was trying everything in her power to stall for a while longer. ... "OH mommy look at this one" That's a Daddy punkin" oh look a baby punkin.". etc etc etc

 She was getting really brave and started jumping from the hay stacks into the corn.

This was when she ran away so we wouldn't leave yet. However she ended up in the dead end.
